Does The New iPad Pro Change The Tablet Market?

The Medisafe app for Android and iOS is another popular pill-reminder program with good reviews from users on both platforms; the app is free but offers in-app purchases for more features. Between its high-performance new tablets and the multitasking-focused iOS 11, it's clear that Apple is finally serious about making the iPad a viable PC alternative. Only, you'd be doing it on a tablet, the iPad.

There's no official release date for iOS 11 but it's expected to be available to download from September. You can reinstall the app when you need it later and continue to use it.

With iOS 11, Apple changed the file types for images and videos that will allow you to retain the same quality, but with smaller files for easier saving and sharing.

When the iPhone was first released a decade ago, it didn't even have a copy and paste function. While most developers anticipate betas - particularly first betas - to be buggy, non-developers who download beta software on their everyday use device often find themselves yearning to return to an earlier firmware that lacks the inconstancies, crashes and non-working applications that come with testing a beta software. How do you update your iPhone or iPad to iOS 11 so you can get the new AirPlay 2 feature?

Apple users would also be able to pay via its new payment service app named Apple Pay, this would allow Apple users to make payments faster with more convenience.

The latest iPhone 8 renders have a vertically aligned dual camera system. Therefore, the second way to access the app dock is by double-pressing the home button, which instantly takes you to the recent apps screen. Furthermore, your handwritten notes using Apple Pencil are searchable. That being said, it's not replacing my MacBook Pro and it doesn't appear Apple expects it to either. Before iOS 11 you needed a third-party QR app to scan and read QR codes, but now you can simply use iOS 11's Camera app to do it. Plus, buzzing alerts on your phone are distracting even if you don't look at them (and sometimes it seems like they never stop).

But Apple developers will have to obey strict privacy rules and you'll have to opt-in to allow apps to track your movements or perform any other slightly creepy tasks. It can also work with links and bookmarks. Apple's next update will include a possible solution to that problem: it will automatically block notifications when your phone thinks you are behind the wheel. That number will vary depending on how you use the Pro.

Augmented reality might sound a bit specialist but is already hugely popular after being used in the hit game Pokemon Go.

If you own am iPad Pro model, Apple's Pencil gets some more features including being able to mark up screen grabs and documents. There are still a few things wrong with it, especially when it comes to the keyboard. Live photos now get additional options called Loop and Bounce for creating fun short videos.

The Photos app also features a wide range of new filters to make images look better and all snaps will take up about half as much space as before due to Apple's new "High Efficiency Image File Format" (HEIF).
