Laura Benanti returns as Melania Trump on 'Late Show'

Mother and son broke from tradition by residing at Trump Tower in NY since the President's inauguration so that Barron - now 11 years old - could finish the school year without interruption.

President Trump's youngest son, Barron, has kept a low profile since his father's inauguration, but he quickly established himself as a trend-setter when he moved into the White House Monday.

Melania was a full-time mother until a few days ago when Barron's school year was officially over.

On Tuesday, the NCAA Champion Clemson Tigers were hosted at the White House.

Her spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, confirmed the move by email and on Twitter.

Aside from Barron, President Trump has four older children from his two ex-wives - Don Jr., Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany.

The first lady and Barron had been living at Trump Tower in NY until he finished the school year.

Now that's she's at the White House full time, pressure will build for her to be seen more and to do more.

Or rather, the version of the first lady played to perfection by Laura Benanti on "The Late Show" does.

Of course, Benanti's version of the first lady is anything but happy even if she can't quite come out and say it. Former first lady Michelle Obama often made headlines for wearing clothing from Target and other reasonably priced brands like J. Crew.
