Tiger Woods DUI Arrest Video Shows Stumbling, Star Blames Medication Mix

A police report claimed Woods was found asleep at the wheel and when officers spoke to him he had "extremely slow and slurred speech". Nevertheless, the pair of officers who arrested Woods mentioned he was willing to cooperate.

He was then booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 7 a.m. Jail records indicate he was released from custody just before 11 a.m.

Tiger Woods attributed an "unexpected reaction" to prescription medicine for his arrest on a DUI charge that landed him in a Florida jail Monday for almost four hours. Both tires on the left side of the vehicle were flat and police described fresh damage to the driver's side.

Woods later revealed in a public statement that alcohol had nothing to do with his DUI.

In a statement, Woods said: 'What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications.

Later Woods tells another officer he is in Los Angeles and was heading to Orange County.

A breath test registered a blood alcohol level of 0.00 percent.

But in police dashcam video released Wednesday, the world's former No. 1 golfer provided a different image to an audience of police officers in the dead of the night.

"It's your other shoe that's untied", the officer says as Woods unties the laces.

Tiger is due in court in July.

"I would like to apologize with all my heart to my family, friends and the fans". He has not won a major tournament since June 2008.

The 41-year-old was found early Monday asleep in his Mercedes, which was stopped in the right lane of a road. He has expressed a desire to continue to play professionally despite his recent history of injuries.

Woods, unquestionably one of the greatest golf players of all time, has been out of competitive professional action for quite some time and is recovering from a back operation which he underwent five weeks ago. Woods said in a blog post published last week that "it was instant nerve relief".

Bridgestone Golf, however, said they "will continue to monitor this situation and gather information from the appropriate sources investigating the matter".

Eventually, Woods has his hands handcuffed behind his back.
