Xbox One X Presentation Falls Flat, Sony Is Still The Winner

One would imagine that Sony would cross-network functionality on PS4 want, since people buying games for their system is a priority. Sony have chosen the latter to close off its E3 press conference, giving fans an 8-minute gameplay trailer filled with wall-crawling action, environmental combat and surprise character reveals.

Hungry for more new PC games coming soon? Sony will aim to hype the PS4 Pro, but not through talk about hardware, but through games that look stunning on the PS4 Pro.

But many of those are still yet to release and we're expecting a whole heap of announcements, release dates, gameplay trailers and beta dates for several of those titles.

Personally, I think SUPERHOT VR is one of the best games available on any VR platform and a must-play for any PS VR owner, who at this point is likely pretty eager to play something new on the still young Sony platform.

Remember a few years ago, when all Spider-Man fans had to be excited about was an incredibly average Amazing Spider-Man 2 and an absolutely bad, glitchy mess in the form of the movie's video game tie-in?

Shadow of the Colossus will be receiving a full remaster for the PlayStation 4!

In recent years, Sony has kept games its focus at E3, and this event was no exception.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe (SIEE) has gone forward with filing several different patents, including one for Shadow of the Colossus and a game called The Inpatient. The anticipated game is a rarity in the industry: a major first party exclusive that's also a licensed property. In fact, if the trailer is indicative of the final product, we'd go so far as to say that this may be a contender for best looking game on the market. After a year of absence due to needed reworking, the community has high expectations about the next installment of this new series of South Park games. While Microsoft stands stiffly behind technologies like 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos, Sony usually manages to make attendees at its conference feel immersed in what they're seeing through aural and environmental effects that ranged from flames to fake snow. But even now, you can see the genius in Microsoft's strategy of making Xbox more than just a console play.
