After a year in the Oval Office, however, published reports indicate he has played at least 34 times since the inauguration and has visited his golf courses more than 70 times.

The threesome is scheduled to tee off at the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Fla., about 20 miles north of the presidential retreat at Mar-a-Lago.

In his following text, he announces that he will hit his Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, after the telephone call with Erdogan.

The US president is about to play around of golf with two of the sport's legends.

"After Turkey call I will be heading over to Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter, to play golf (quickly) with Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson", he tweeted.

He said this would follow speaking to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan "about bringing peace to the mess that I inherited in the Middle East".

For Woods, the presidential golf game is his most high-profile news since his arrest in August after being found unconscious in his auto with marijuana and four prescription drugs in his system. During that last outing Woods said he was "impressed" by Trump's drive.

Woods has also played with former presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama.

Rickie Fowler and Jason Day are the latest PGA Tour pros to weigh in on how Tiger Woods is looking as he prepares to make his competitive return at next week's Hero World Challenge. Most recently in December, but this will be the first time since Trump became President.

Friday marks the third day in a row that the President has spent at one of his golf clubs.
