Lawsuit Accuses Bryan Singer of Sexually Assaulting 17-Year-Old Boy

Singer had been fired from a film this week after being absent from production, spurring some rumors that he was the next to be hit by sexual harassment claims.

Just days after Bryan Singer was sacked from Bohemian Rhapsody, the director is now facing a lawsuit for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year boy in Washington State back in 2003.

In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Washington state, Cesar Sanchez-Guzman says the incident happened in 2003 when he attended a party on a yacht in the Seattle area. Once they were alone in a room, the suit says Singer forced himself onto Guzman, knocked him to the floor, pressed Guzman's face into his crotch and made demands of oral sex.

Sanchez-Guzman claims Singer "pulled out his penis, smacked (him) in the face with it and forced it into (his) mouth", causing the young man to choke.

As TMZ reports, the allegations come via new lawsuit filed against Singer, who is perhaps best known for helming various X-Men films.

Besides those two cases, Singer has been the subject of various other sexual misconduct allegations over the years.

Singer later promised he would help Sanchez-Guzman in Hollywood if he didn't tell anyone what had happened, the suit says. Guzman is suing for "emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical and mental pain".

It is now unclear whether or not Twentieth Century Fox, the studio behind Bohemian Rhapsody, knew about the allegations outlined in the new lawsuit. According to the legal complaint, Singer told the minor that no one would believe him if he reported the incident, and he threatened to hire people who could potentially ruin Sanchez-Guzman's reputation if he spoke out.

The alleged victim is represented by Miami attorney Jeffrey Herman, who represented another man a 2014 lawsuit against Singer, television producer Garth Ancier and former Disney executive David Neuman.
