YouTube prankster rescued by firefighters after cementing his head inside a microwave

However West Midlands Fire Service failed to see the amusing side as five firefighters and a fire engine were tied up for an hour rescuing the would-be internet star.

His friends managed to break enough concrete away to allow him to breathe but after spending an hour trying to free him, they called an ambulance, whose crew requested assistance from the fire service.

"He and a group of friends had mixed seven bags of Polyfilla which they then poured around his head, which was protected by a plastic bag inside the microwave", said Watch Commander Shaun Dakin.

A YouTube prankster in the United Kingdom had to be freed by firefighters after cementing his head with Polyfilla inside a microwave oven, Zululand Observer reports.

Watch Commander Shaun Dakin said the man could have suffocated or been seriously injured.

After an hour or so of scrapping out the Polyfilla (think Selley's no-gap cement) with a screwdriver, whilst trying not to gouge old mate in the face, the microwave was finally wedged off.

The clip shows Jimmy Swingler, one half of popular show TGFbro, getting his head caught inside a cement-filled microwave.

Luckily the pals had somehow fed an air tube in so the prankster could breathe but he still had to be given a makeshift airway by firefighterS using a screwdriver.

It took the five firemen about an hour to rescue the hapless YouTuber, leaving the fire service "seriously unimpressed".

"Taking the microwave apart was tricky, because a lot of it was welded".

While all the young men involved were "very apologetic", Dakin was unimpressed with the "youtube pranksters".

"It took us almost an hour to free him".

The firefighters prioritized removing a chunk near his face in order for him to breathe more easily.
