Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein 'attacked at restaurant' in Arizona

Or did his drunk attacker swing and miss?

Weinstein did not press charges. He was spotted having a meal at Elements restaurant, located in the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort in Scottsdale, where he has been getting sober and going through rehab. The manager says the two shook hands and Steve went back to his table.

Harvey Weinstein braved heading out from behind closed doors after being accused by multiple women of sexual abuse, harassment and rape late previous year.

The attacker, named only as "Steve", who was seated at the next table and told TMZ that he asked for a photo and that Weinstein became "belligerent" and told him "to buzz off".

TMZ spoke with a man identified only as "Steve" who was also a patron at the restaurant, who says that he initially approached Weinstein to compliment his work and a request a photo.

Harvey Weinstein, pictured at the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on May 23, 2017 in Cap d'Antibes, France, was attacked at a restaurant.

Steve continued that he had "quite a bit to drink", and at about 9pm, Steve and his male friend left the restaurant at the same time as Weinstein and Weinstein's dinner companion, his sober coach. Steve and his dinner companion made a decision to leave at the same time.

"You're such a piece of [expletive] for what you did to these women", he reportedly said before punching Weinstein in the face, twice.
