All you have to do is download the beta right now from either the European or the North American PlayStation Store and begin checking out the three-vs-three gameplay.

Square Enix has announced that the Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT open beta has gone live on PS4, allowing gamers test out the team-focused scrapper on Sony's home console ahead of its full launch later this month. I'll also try my hand at Pretty Boy Combat ™ if Noctis, Cloud or Sephiroth are playable during any of the Open Beta windows.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will come to the PlayStation 4 on January 30, 2018 in North America and Europe.

The free open beta period for the game is available as of today, so if you've got some free time you can jump in and see if it's your cup of tea. You can even do it remotely from the web browser on your PC. The characters available for you to fight with, however, will differ depending on when you play it. This free trial will be open for all users without needing a PS Plus subscription, and will give them the chance to try numerous different gameplay modes of the game, including online and offline battles, and sequences from the story mode. So really there's no risk other than the amount of bandwidth that you must give up in order to play the game beta.

Here are the times and dates for the Dissidia Final Fantasy NT open beta sessions.
