'Game of Thrones' Season 8 Episodes Could Each Be Movie-Length

As the final season of Game of Thrones isn't set to air until 2019, the spin-offs will presumably arrive in 2020 or later.

Speaking to TVLine, HBO Programming chief Casey Bloys confirmed the spinoffs will feature new characters, but before fans get too disappointed, he was also quick to point out "there may be [familiar] bloodlines" in the upcoming series. We don't want to use it to launch [a new series].
