Man Threatens to Call ICE on Restaurant Staff, Customer Who Spoke Spanish

The irate man told the manager that his next move was to alert U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and get them to raid the restaurant.

In the video, posted to Twitter by activist Shaun King, the man points to people behind the counter and complains, "Every person I listen to-he spoke it, he spoke it, she's speaking it. This is America", the man said. "If they have the balls to come here and live off my money", the man said. If you love this country this much! "My guess is they're undocumented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them taken out of my country".

A customer at a NY restaurant tried to chew out employees after he heard them speaking Spanish.

The man then threatened to call immigration agents.

If he was so offended because the waiter was speak in Spanish only because of a native person spoke to him in Spanish, why don't he start waitering and he won't have that issue and family stop getting Spanish nannies and stop getting Spanish people to farm and. His primary complaint to the manager of the Fresh Kitchen appears to be that some employees speak Spanish to each other while preparing his lunch.

Speaking to the New York Daily News, the manager told the outlet that Schlossberg misread the situation, as a regular customer at the establishment was simply having a conversation with a Hispanic employee.

"He's screaming at the guy serving him, 'Give me my f***ing sandwich, you shouldn't be speaking Spanish, I feel disrespected, go back to your country, '" Serrano said.
