N-Out Burger locations in Texas to reopen Wednesday

Your Double-Double craving is going to have to wait because all In-N-Out locations in Texas are closed due to issues with the buns.

The In-N-Out locations are expected to reopen later this week.

The burger chain's restaurants in Texas will reopen on Wednesday, June 13, after their new shipment of hamburger buns arrived late Tuesday afternoon, according to sources close to the situation. "We chose to close all of our Texas stores until we are confident that we can serve our normal high quality bun".

Since we don't have an In-N-Out Burger in Wichita Falls this will not affect us.

The company did not specify what the issue with the buns was. "We made a decision to close all of our Texas stores until we are confident that we can serve our normal high quality bun", Lang Jr. said in a statement. All of the restaurants are serviced by the company's distribution center in Dallas.

Although In-N-Out did not specify the problem with its burger buns, it was sure to mention that the bad buns posed no health or safety concerns.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause for our customers", the company said.
