Just in time for spring, our newest chef, Cynthia Zaire, has a perfect light and healthy lunch offering.
Cynthia Zaire is a product of Orange County and developed her appetite for fine food at an early age. She was inspired to pursue a career in the culinary arts field because she wanted to utilize her background and education in a manner that would allow her to continuously learn and grow, and inspire others as well. Her combination of customer service skills, French and Japanese culinary talent has allowed her to experience growth as a professional.
Cynthia was trained at the Art Institute and Sushi Academy but loves to continue her education by travelling the world, tasting new cuisine and being inspired by local ingredients. Back in Los Angeles, She brings great energy to the sushi bar every night, conversing with patrons, intu iting their wishes, and using razor sharp knives at rapid speed to turn out works of edible art.
