    A Letter From The Bishop

Tony AdamsA TIMELY MUST SEE: Written by Tony Adams in November 2011, the play "A Letter from The Bishop" about three gay priests and one Catholic bishop who is against marriage equality will debut its first public reading on Monday, February 13. Adams labor of love is also about promises, obedience and conscience. Many of us have been challenged by Catholic leaders and one US bishop in particular for their increasingly aggressive oppositions to matters of equality for the LGBT community and most recently, women's access to full healthcare benefits. I anticipate "A Letter from The Bishop" will challenge us even more.

The readers for "A Letter from The Bishop" are Ken Averett, Philip Brisbois, Tim Rogers and Chad Thilborger. The reading is being hosted at Stonewall National Museum and Archives in Fort Lauderdale Florida at 7PM on February 13, 2012. Stonewall National Museum and Archives is located 1300 East Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Here is the livestream feed of the first public reading of "A Letter From The Bishop" (and set it for 6:45PM EST Feb 13) which will allow you and all your peeps to attend the reading live.
