Starting a New Same Sex Relationship
Starting a new relationship on the right foot, so to speak, can make all the difference. So what does that mean, exactly?
At the beginning of all adventures people experience varying degrees of two emotions - excitement and nervousness. The prospect of a brand new relationship is no different. There are times when you feel excitement in all its various forms and there are times when you feel nervous. Generally the latter emotion revolves around making a good impression, first time experiences as a couple, and occurs during the getting-to-know-each-other phases. Both excitement and nervousness are normal and to be expected in the first stages of developing a relationship. While both individuals experience these and other emotions there are several contributions each person can make to start the relationship on a healthy path.
