Continuing the journey through Prince Edward County...

Well, here we are again, but the sun is setting and the sky is kissed in pink hues. Seriously, I am not kidding. A gentle breeze off Lake Ontario is meandering across Prince Edward County, bringing with it a touch of coolness to an otherwise stinking hot day. My tummy is grumbling and my fancy turns to food.
Time to rev up the truck -- yes, the same one I took on the Horn Trip last time. It’s a metallic tungsten grey SUV. Let’s see if I can pair some of those wines I tasted with local fare. The County is known for a celebration of regional cuisine, featuring regional chefs, local growers, and wonderful wines. I think I’m going to do a progressive dinner tonight across The County.

Completely intuitive, Dean Thiery Munroe’s work is described as “contemporary impressionism”. Dean is also an active member of both the Prince Edward County & Quinte Arts Councils and is a participant of Prince Edward County’s Studio Tour through f a d: fine art & design. In his spare time, he is a digital planner and database strategist. Dean Thiery Munroe, as of 2009, has been listed and recognized as an emerging artist in the Magazin’art Biennial Guide to Canadian Artists in Galleries. Dean currently resides in Prince Edward County with his partner Michael of 18 years.
